Critical Temperature Control with maximum variation of ±2°F (1.1°C) far effects the fastest possible formation of the paraffin "glove".

Quick congealing of paraffin around the immersed extremity minimizes heat "shock" and affords comfort and protection. Dickson Baths also have Melting or Sterilizing Hi-Heat Temperature Circuits which rapidly raises the bath to sterilizing temperature, approximately 200°F (94°C). For added safety, each model includes an overheating sensor to prevent runaway temperatures.
