The Dignity Suite™ towel /clothes hook combines safety with patient friendly looks and function in a compact size. Constructed of injection molded ABS plastic with anti-microbial additives to protect from fungal growth and reduces or mitigates the development of odors due to the growth of bacteria. The ligature resistant design has a torsion spring loaded hook that retracts into an upright position when not in use. When used the torsion spring-loaded hook swings down to a horizontal position so a towel or article of clothing may be hung. To avoid use of the item as a ligature point, the hook will swing down with loads more than 11 lbs. (4.99 kg)
