Ligature-Resistant Retrofit Grate for Watts Drain
A Ligature Resistant Floor Drain Grate designed to replace and retrofit into a previously installed Watts Drain Body. The strainer plate is fabricated from 10 gauge 304 stainless steel and polished to a satin finish. The grate is designed with an internal gusset system that helps prevent ligature points. Replacement vandal-resistant crews are provided secure the grate. Mounting holes are 2-3/16" (56 mm) from the center and spread 120° apart.
The WHDG-5RD-WATTS round grate measures 4-7/8" (124 mm) in diameter and 3/4" (19 mm) in height. 6 slots provide 1.81 square inches (11.7 square centimeters) of free area to allow for drainage.
The WHDG-5SQ-WATTS square grate measures 4-3/8" (113 mm) in diameter and 3/4" (19 mm) in height. 6 slots provide 1.81 square inches (11.7 square centimeters) of free area to allow for drainage.
