BestCare® Ligature-Resistant Cistern Tank Toilet
Whitehall's BestCare® Ligature-Resistant Toilet shall be fabricated from 16-gauge, type 304 stainless steel. Construction shall be seamless welded, and exterior surfaces shall be powder-coated white (the interior of the toilet will have a satin finish and will not be powder-coated). The toilet shall be a concealed siphon-jet type with an elongated bowl and self-draining flushing rim. The toilet uses standard residential water inlet and waste outlet. The toilet trap shall have a minimum 3.5-inch (89 mm) seal and shall pass a 2.125-inch (54 mm) diameter ball, and shall be fully enclosed. The toilet tank has a polyethylene inner liner and flushes with a conventional Fluidmaster® float/flapper mechanism. A ligature-resistant ABS grey toilet seat is included.
